Der Weg durchs Programm

Vier Bausteine, neun Monate Entwicklung

Mentoring, Ausbildung, Praxis und Netzwerk greifen ineinander – von der Bewerbung bis zur Abschlussveranstaltung.

Mentoring-Tandems

Jede Teilnehmerin und jeder Teilnehmer bekommt eine Mentorin oder einen Mentor aus Landtag, Bundesrat oder Nationalrat zur Seite gestellt – für persönliche Begleitung, Erfahrungsweitergabe und Zugang zu Netzwerken.

Ausbildungsmodule

Fünf Module bringen dir Grundlagen der Politik, politische Kommunikation, Kampagnenarbeit, Führung und die Praxis der Mandatsarbeit näher. Details siehe unten.

Praxisbaustein

Theorie allein reicht nicht: Du begleitest z. B. einen Mandatar für einen Tag, arbeitest an einer lokalen Kampagne mit oder erarbeitest ein konkretes Thema für deine Gemeinde.

Netzwerkformate

Auftaktwochenende, Abendgespräche mit erfahrenen Politikerinnen und Politikern, Austausch mit Bürgermeisterinnen und Landespolitikern – und eine Abschlussveranstaltung mit Zertifikat.

Das Ergebnis: geschliffen für Verantwortung

Aus Rohdiamant wird Facette für Facette echte Substanz: Am Ende des Programms stehst du mit politischem Grundwissen, geschärftem Auftreten, echter Praxiserfahrung und einem tragfähigen Netzwerk da – bereit für Gemeinderat, Fraktionsarbeit oder Kandidatur.

Modul 1 · Grundlagen der Politik und des Staates+
Ein Wochenende · Auftaktmodul

Bevor du gestalten kannst, musst du verstehen, wie das System tickt. Dieses Wochenende legt das Fundament.

  • Werte und Grundsätze: Wie funktioniert Politik wirklich?
  • Aufbau und Funktionsweise des Staates und der Parteien
  • Rolle von Vorfeldorganisationen wie der JVP
  • Zuständigkeiten, Gremien, Budgets, Entscheidungswege

Das nimmst du mit: Ein belastbares Grundverständnis von Staat und Partei.

Modul 2 · Politische Kommunikation+

Gute Inhalte allein reichen nicht – sie müssen ankommen.

  • Auftreten, Rhetorik, Debattieren
  • Argumentation in schwierigen Gesprächen
  • Social Media und politische Positionierung
  • Bürgernähe und Glaubwürdigkeit

Das nimmst du mit: Sicherheit im Auftreten – auch bei kritischen Fragen.

Modul 3 · Kampagnen und Mobilisierung+

Wie entsteht eine Kampagne – von der Idee bis zum Wahltag?

  • Wahlkampf allgemein: Kampagnenplanung Schritt für Schritt
  • Haustürwahlkampf, Veranstaltungen, Themenplanung
  • Aktivierung und Führung von Ehrenamtlichen

Das nimmst du mit: Praktisches Handwerkszeug für Kampagnenarbeit.

Modul 4 · Führung und Persönlichkeit+

Verantwortung übernehmen beginnt bei dir selbst.

Registration

The minimum information we need to register you is your name, email address and a password. We will ask you more questions for different services, including sales promotions.
